The school attaches great importance to the faculty. All of our senior faculty members are have doctorates (equivalent to a Ph.D.), most have habilitacja (postdoctoral degree in Polish educational system), while all of our teaching instructors hold M.A. degrees. Their specialties include linguistics, literature, culture, philosophy and many others. The anticipated student/faculty ratio is 10:1.

Members of our faculty, although all involved with the humanities, come from diverse academic backgrounds represented by such institutions as the University of Gdańsk, Nicolaus Copernicus University (Toruń), as well as Adam Mickiewicz University (Poznań).
