The legal foundation of the school is the decision of the Ministry of Education from 2004 allowing the school the rights to carry its activities which are stipulated in detail in the School’s Charter. The school’s authorities are composed of the President, Chancelor, Dean, and Administrative Director. The authorities normally meet once a month and hold a general meeting at the beginning of each semester.

The President is Andrzej Sitarski; his is duties include the school’s management, representation and development. The Chancelor is Elżbieta Sternal, M.A. who is responsible for the school’s finances and the managing of the school’s daily operations. The Dean is Professor Roman Kalisz; his duties include supervising and coordinating the activities of the two departments. The Administrative Director is Ryszard Płoski, M.A.; he is responsible for the school’s administration and managing the syllabus.
